We described our issue, and Michaela was able to navigate us through the process and get us set up with a Project Manager to visit our home. This is out of pocket for us, and we were told that we will receive a price on-site - we've had other contractors out which took days upon days to even get us a quote so this was a huge relief.

Initially, I thought this whole water restoration bit was a scam… I had a leak in my kitchen drain pipe and had a plumber come out to fix it. Roto Rooter was the original company and had sent out a water restoration person from their company to assess the damage. He blew out or proportion, was super aggressive and made me uncomfortable so I didn’t really know what to do. I found Puredry through Google and looked at their reviews and so I gave them a call. From the initial phone call, I could tell they were way better than what I had experienced. Jake, Heath & Conner were great! I worked with them all at different stages. Conner came out and assessed the water damage, was realistic and helped me through the claim process. Once the team came out, Heath and Jake, they started restoration but felt the issue had dried up so there wasn’t a need to pull everything up etc and said they wouldn’t charge me.
