I’m Melina and I’m the senior coordinator and estimator for PureDry I was excited about the smaller company in the growing business and just to be along the ride of a company that’s experiencing growth.
PureDry has changed my life by giving me the platform to communicate with them openly about any questions or concerns that I have. We’re able to get creative and kind of write out our own flow of things and how things get done and agree upon those things with a group or your coworkers, whoever it is, everybody’s got a voice, my favorite, PureDry core value. Dina Fogel
I’m Dina Fogel and I am the director of Reconstruction. Why did I join PureDry? Well, I was told by my brother-in-law that Ben was amazing and that I should actually go and sit with him and he set it up and I just felt extremely comfortable meeting with him. And it’s just, it’s been amazing. It has changed my life in so many ways. It’s allowed me to grow. It’s given me strength. It’s, it’s brought out so many different aspects of, of things. I mean, just, it’s, it’s really just changed my life in so many ways I can stay here for hours and talk about accountability. That one is my favorite. I know there’s, there’s so many others, but accountability is so broad.
I mean, it, it just means so many different things and, and but that’s one that I’m really passionate about because it really holds you obviously liable for, for everything you’ve done and, and everybody else and, and it really brings out, I think the true character of somebody that’s my favorite. I love the people, this, the aura, just the passion that’s here. it’s a big family. I’ve never had that ever in any other company I’ve been with. It’s just an amazing company. There’s so much potential and, just everybody has your back. It’s, it really is just a big family.
David Greenberg
David Greenberg, I’m a field operations manager for the mitigation division looking for opportunity and someone that would let me have the opportunity to kind of move at my own pace. Going through a lot of jobs before that, like most people trying to find that exact thing similar to the last answer, it gave me the opportunity to succeed at my own pace.
In the 3.5 this year, I’ve been here, I’ve been able to become triple certified through the IICRC and work my way up to field operations manager starting from as just a technician. So you are the only thing really stopping me over here service with urgency that if there is something that needs to be done, prompt action is the best for see the need and fill it that it will require effort, but it is well worth it. Nothing worth it comes easy or else everyone would have it. So, if you want an opportunity to actually get your hands on something like that, this is a good place to start.
Blake Kokesh
Name is Kokesh and I’m a lead tech for water restoration. I joined PureDry primarily because the atmosphere here, it was more of a family atmosphere and everything about the job is beyond what I can imagine. Easy going, very, very open to helping you out. And the experience is rewarding was able to offer me a lot of knowledge and experience for everyday situations. Noticing when it comes to water damage in my home, I’ve had a quite a few experiences where I didn’t even know that that would be an issue until I started working for this company as well as informing others and letting people know that they need to be a little bit more proactive and take care of what they can do in hopes that they can prevent any further damages to their homes. I would say teamwork is the core value here, definitely because everyone here is out to help each other out. We’re all family. We all pitch in when we can.
At the end of the day, we all look out for each other in hopes that we can all grow together and learn what I would tell them is that you gotta understand that there’s hard days, but at the end of the day, it’s like you’re always gonna have someone to cover your back and be there for you. Everyone’s here to spread their knowledge and give you the support you need. And it’s just a treat to be able to be in an industry where everyone is so caring.
Abby Clinkenbeard
Hi there. I’m Abby Klien Beard. I’m a mitigation project coordinator here at restoration. I joined Pure Dry following our pandemic. I was in the health care industry. I wanted to be in a field where, you know, it was challenging. We were doing good for people, but I wanted to step away from the health care industry in a lot of ways. Like I said, leaving an industry that I loved that I, you know, took time and got educated in for many years and it was not easy coming on board here. It was an easy transition. They welcome you, they teach you, they hold you accountable and it makes you want to be a better person. You wanna show up to work every day. I would have to say service and it’s not just service to our customers, it’s service with urgency and that’s for myself and that’s for my teammates and that’s for our customers. I’ve had that philosophy kind of my whole life. You know what I mean? If I’m supposed to do something, it’s the right thing to do, do it right now. And that’s kind of represented in everything that we do if you’re looking for a change in your life or you’re just starting out and you want to learn something and go places pop aboard where we’re headed there.
